Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Nagpur, is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the two-day Management Development Program, which took place on February 16th and 17th, 2024. The event was inaugurated enthusiastically and was graced by esteemed guests, Prof. Dr. Shailesh Rastogi, Director SIBM, Mr. BK Pathy, DGM IOC, and Mr. Sachin Vairagade, Chief Manager IOC. The meticulously curated program, spearheaded by Dr. Soma Sharma, Assistant Professor and in charge Corporate Relations & MDP, saw active participation from our accomplished faculty members and industry experts.
A training session for the middle-level executives of Power Grid was organized in face-to-face mode between 1st Feb 2024 and 2nd Feb 2024. There were 26 participants from all over the region.
The sessions, covering diverse topics such as Corporate Training, Learning and Development, and fostering Corporate Connect, were designed to enhance professional growth and facilitate lifelong learning. The expert and learned faculty members from SIBM Nagpur took sessions in the MDP, which included Dr. Rajesh Vaidya, Dr. Pallawi Sangode, Dr. Smruti Patre, Dr. Rimjhim Jha, Dr. Sonal Purohit, and Mr. Anish.
