The motivation behind internationalization at SIBM, Nagpur, is to broaden students’ exposure to a broader intellectual landscape through collaboration with management institutes and universities from other countries.

1. Faculty Exchange Program:
Dr. Shailesh Rastogi took part in a prestigious Faculty Development Program under the Faculty Exchange Program, funded by the Erasmus grant at Aston Business School, Birmingham, U.K. These initiatives are dedicated to advancing teaching methodologies, refining research skills, and fostering academic excellence, thereby empowering our faculty to thrive in their areas of expertise.
2. Student Exchange Program
To enhance internationalization across the institution, SIBM Nagpur has initiated the integration of an international dimension within its existing framework.
As part of the Global Immersion Program (GIP) of SIU, students of SIBM Nagpur have actively participated in summer school programs at distinguished institutions in Germany, including RWTH Aachen University and Hochschule Bremen City University of Applied Sciences.
