PROGRAM OVERVIEW

FIRST YEAR

  • The first year of the MBA – FABM program includes two semesters, offering a comprehensive introduction to foundational management subjects like Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Organizational Behavior, Finance, HR, and more.

  • The year concludes with an 8-week Summer Internship Program (SIP), providing valuable corporate exposure and practical application of theoretical knowledge.
  • The curriculum, enriched with Business School cases and simulations, maintains a high standard of education, and faculty expertise ensures content delivery aligned with global benchmarks.

SECOND YEAR

  • In the second year (third and fourth semesters) of the program, students explore specialized areas . The dynamic and contemporary course content is consistently benchmarked against top-rated institutes
  • Additionally, the Institute enhances the learning environment through Management conclaves and seminars, offering real-world insights and industry perspectives.
  • This ensures a cutting-edge education reflecting the latest trends and practices in the field.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

  • The candidate must be a Graduate from any recognized University/Institution of National Importance.
  • A minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade is required for general candidates.
  • For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes, a minimum of 45% marks or an equivalent grade is acceptable.

Final Year Candidates:

  • Candidates appearing for final year examinations are eligible to apply.
  • However, admission is subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade (45% for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes).


Foreign University Graduates:

  • Candidates who have completed their qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities.

Selection Process

The selection process for admission to the MBA Programs Batch 2024-26 is comprised of various components, each assigned a specific weight in the final merit list calculation.

Program Outcome 1:
Develop the students knowledge, skills, and attitudes in order to create effective
leadership that allows students to demonstrate, develop, and sustain themselves in a
global environment of food and agri-business.

substantiated conclusions using business and management principles and concepts in
the field of food and agri-business.
